About Concordia
My ethos
When you come for any form of complementary therapy, it is important that you are comfortable and at ease with your practitioner. Your relationship with the practitioner is pivotal in how you will respond to the treatments and view your progress.
At Concordia, I will always endeavour to make your treatment as comfortable and easy as possible. I practice from my home for approximately 2.5 days per week. This means that I can devote extra time and attention to provide you with bespoke, high quality and unhurried treatments.
When you attend Concordia Complementary Therapies you will be given careful and individual attention in a relaxed, caring and nurturing atmosphere.
I have enough experience to know that whilst stress can be beneficial in helping us to get motivated and rise to the challenges of everyday life and is useful in measured doses; uncontrolled, chronic stress is responsible for so many of the various illnesses and disorders that many of us suffer from.
Because stress affects all the systems throughout the whole body, I also believe that it is not just the presenting condition(s) that should be treated; it is always necessary to treat the whole person in his or her entirety, addressing all of the issues in a holistic way.
Additionally, how we address or perceive the very issue of stress influences how it affects us. If we believe we are going to become ill, the chances are we will. Treating the person and not necessarily the condition is a guiding principle here at Concordia.
It is an ambition of mine to bring holistic wellbeing and support to as broad a spectrum of people as possible and to make it as accessible as I can. Therefore, I will always endeavour to make my services as affordable as possible.
“You don’t have to be ill to start making yourself better.”

About me
I trained in reflexology in 2011 at the London School of Reflexology, one of the nation’s most highly respected reflexology schools. (www.learnreflexology.com ) This was under the tutelage of Louise Keet, author of two bestselling reflexology books; The Reflexology Bible and The Reflexology Healing Handbook. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology accredited by the Awarding Body Consortium. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists which is the leading professional association for reflexology in the UK. (www.aor.org.uk)
I am a registrant with the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council (for reflexology) (www.CNHC.org.uk), which is the accredited professional standards authority for complementary healthcare therapies. When using a complementary health therapist, it is this register which is trusted by the NHS to find a suitably qualified therapist for their patients.
I started training in Flower Essence Therapy in 2015 under the tutelage of Anna Jeoffroy, (author of “Bach Flowers and the Chakras”) sponsored by Ainsworth’s, one of the UK’s leading homeopathic and flower essence producing companies. I became an Advanced Practitioner member of the British Flower and Vibrational Essences Association (www.BFVEA.com) in early 2017.
To obtain my diploma in Integral Sound Healing, I studied a 2-level practitioner course with the prestigious. Sound Healing Academy (www.academyofsoundhealing.com) over a two-year period. This high level of training allows me to deliver sound healing sessions in an informed and knowledgeable way, ensuring that you will always be safe and gain the maximum benefit from your session.
Additionally, I have a diploma in Indian Head Massage, I have received attunements to the 3rd degree of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (Reiki Master) and have a Complete Foundation Course Certificate in Systematic Kinesiology. This training has given me a deeper appreciation of the interconnectedness of the systematic whole and informs much of my approach to treatments. I am also a member of the British Society of Dowsers. (www.britishdowsers.org) Please be aware that I am not trained in counselling and none of the therapies offered can be considered as such. All the therapies I offer are completely natural and none involve the use of drugs.
